(5) When there is a risk of impeding the proper implementation of our business.

(6) When it would violate laws and regulations. If we are unable to respond, we will promptly notify you of this and the reason.

If you wish to disclose, correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") your personal information, we will confirm that the request is from you, and if we deem it necessary to comply, we will respond promptly.

However, if any of the following applies, we will not be able to disclose or correct the information.

(1) When there is a risk of harming the life, body, property, or other rights and interests of the individual or a third party.

(2) When there is a risk of causing significant disruption to the proper execution of our business.

(3) When it would violate laws and regulations.

We may charge you a separate fee for responding to your request for disclosure, correction, etc. If we are unable to comply with your request, we will promptly notify you of this and the reason.

If you request that we stop using or providing your personal information and we deem it necessary to comply with the request, we will respond promptly after confirming that the request is from you. However, we cannot respond in cases that fall under (1) to (5) of "Disclosure, Correction, Addition, and Amendment of Personal Information."

If we take measures to suspend the use or provision of personal information, we will notify you without delay. If we are unable to take action, we will promptly notify you of that fact and the reason.

We strictly manage all aspects of personal information from its acquisition to its disposal, and take appropriate preventative measures against risks such as the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information (including unauthorized access, loss, destruction, and falsification). In the unlikely event that a risk does occur, we will endeavor to quickly grasp the situation and take prompt corrective measures. We also ensure that all employees are aware of the importance of protecting personal information and work to manage personal information appropriately.

We will review the operation status regarding the handling of personal information from time to time, strive for continuous improvement, and may change our personal information protection policy as necessary. However, if customer consent is required by law, we will obtain customer consent in the manner prescribed by our company.

When handling the personal information we obtain, we will comply with laws and regulations, national guidelines, and other standards regarding the protection of personal information.
